[FINI] Problem accessing Wikipedia

Hello,
At least today I've been having trouble accessing wikipedia. It seems to eventually open, but it's very very slow (on the order of minutes to load a page).

(I think it also happened a few other times over the past week, but I can't point out specific times.)

I can ping the server, I've tried from several machines and I've restarted the router.

I also checked from a remote machine in Geneva and it loads quickly.

Does anybody else have the same problem?
Could someone from k-net have a look when possible? Thanks.

J'ai constaté le même problème depuis environ deux ou trois jours.  Et quand (si) la page s'affiche c'est sans formatage (voir fichier joint)
Est-ce que les serveurs CSS (bits.wikipedia.org) sont contactable?

It's bits.wikimedia.org (not wikipedia) and I also can't seem to open anything on wikimedia.org: {bits,upload}.wikimedia.org

Trying with "wget www.wikipedia.org" (to test only the wikipedia.org server) I ocasionally get a normal (fast) response, but most of the time it's a timeout.

I've compared the IP address I'm trying to contact is always resolves to the same (91.198.174.225) between good and bad attempts, and it's also the same I get from the machine in Geneva.

wikipedia ou wikimedia, le blocage est le même lors d'un tracertoute. Je remonte ça à mes collègues.

J'ai l'impression qu'il y'a une requête sur 3 en moyenne qui passe en V4. Aucun problème en V6.

J'ai du mal a trouver une adresse de noc sorti de l'adresse d'abuse, du coup j'ai mailé peering@ vu que le trafic s'échange principalement a l'AMS-IX.

depuis plusieurs jours, en effet:  wikipedia anglais ne fonctionne pas, wikipedia français mieux.  N'importe quel navigateur, n'importe quel machine chez nous.

It's back to being very spotty.

I'm just guessing but this really looks like a router on the path dropping packets, maybe because it's overloaded? (I believe the IPv4 routing is not necessarily the same as the IPv6 one).

Mais ce n'est pas un problème de Safari seul: j'ai téléchargé Dolphin sur iPad, j'ai essayé Chrome, Firefox (deux versions), etc.; partout la même chose...

Arnaud vous en dira plus, mais le problème semble localisé sur une route entre nous et Wikipedia. Je pense que beaucoup de FAIs sont touchés.

Bon je n'ai pas eu plus de retour que ça a mes long rapports de bug :

« Are you still experiencing this issue? We had a temporary network issue a bit earlier in the day.»

Par contre, je constate que je n'ai eu aucun échec sur les 100 tentatives de connexions faites a l'instant.
