À quand 1Gbit/s dans l'Ain ?

Finalement c'est rentré dans l'ordre de mon coté cet après-midi après un appel au SAV. 
Par contre, je me suis rendu compte que le débit de mes CPL était catastrophique (plafonne à tout juste à 100Mb/s, alors que le débit théorique est de mes CPL est de 2Giga). J'ai par contre constaté que les débits en Wifi 5ghz sont corrects (500Mb/s) et évidemment en connectant mon NAS directement sur le routeur, on est au Gigabit.

Il est bien connu qu'il ne faut pas espérer grand chose du CPL. Cela dépanne à petit débit devant le 1Gb/s.

my CPE got upgraded to 1Gb a bit more than 48h ago, and I am getting suspicious that something may not be right;
I know that the promised time frame is 72h, but the weekend is approaching....

I looked at the status lights and saw that the "fibre" LED is flashing, probably it signals a missing optical connection.
What worries me more is that the "ethernet" LED is dark, and also the connected router (Ubiquiti ER-X) does not indicate
a valid ethernet connection. Normally I would expect that whenever two ethernet interfaces are connected by wire, the
connection is confirmed by illuminated LEDs, independent from what is going on with the other ports.

I couldn't find relevant information on the fiche technique for the CPE - maybe somebody can give an interpretation of
a) the fashing fibre light, and b) the ethernet indicator being off?

Hi

I would say fiber flashing is fine (meaning it gets light), and ethernet down is also normal, meaning that the CPE is not yet provisioned.
At least, it was the same for me during my migration.
Still, 48h for CPE activation is a lot longer than in my case. Did you try resetting it? Did you try connecting the router to CPE port 2, if it is not already the case?

If the situation with the LEDs was the same for you (flashing = blinking), then there is probably nothing to worry.
Yes, I did power cycle the CPE, and as well tried port 2 instead of port 1, no change.

So let's see and wait..

Migration lancée pour moi. Juste avant de partir en vacances, j'avais changé de routeur et d'abonnement.
Puis... Rdv aujourd'hui avec le technicien. (Très pressé... Il m'a dit avoir beaucoup de travail)
Pose d'un PTO (je n'en avais pas), mise en place du nouveau CPE.
Il a branché sur le port 1... On verra.
Plus d'internet pour le moment.

Je suis en déplacement pendant l'installation du gigabit chez moi, mais c'est pas grave les enfants me font des photos.
Je me rends compte qu'avant j'étais sur le port eth2 du CPE, et là, le technicien a raccordé sur eth1, du coup c'est quoi la règle maintenant ?
Si je me souviens bien j'étais le sur port 2 pour avoir la data et la TV ensemble avec mon propre routeur. Existe-t-il des consignes particulières ?

Le guide d'installation du routeur indique qu'il faut brancher le CPE sur le port 2 dans l'Ain, mais le guide est peut-être obsolète...

D'un autre côté, chez moi, ça ne fonctionnait pas sur le port 1.

Du coup la ligne est opérationnelle chez moi, merci K-net car en moins d'une demi journée chapeau.
Par contre le débit vu pas mon USG est un peu faible en download entre 300 et 400 Mbps, l'upload est très raisonnable entre 700 et 800.
Mon USG semble par chargé au niveau CPU du coup je me demande d ou vient la perte, les cables?
Demain je demande aux enfants de mettre sur eth2

Bonsoir,

boitier CPE remplacé ce midi avec ajout de la boite dontjeneconnaispaslutilité mais j'ai moins de chance que certains, malgré plusieurs reboot du routeur et du CPE, je n'ai toujours pas les Leds WAN et Ethernet allumées pourtant fibre clignote. Snif ! Je patiente !

I have the same issue, with the LED's etc. and waiting 48 hours. Seems many people have their lines working after posting here.. so trying my luck as waiting the 72 hours is painful ;-)
If I look at the caps service I see there is a message that says: "Commande transmise à l'opérateur d'infrastructure".  Does anyone know if this is just a manual update that needs to be done, or if something has to be done by a technician at the exchange?

Chez nous, le vieux CPE 100Mb a été remplacé par le CPE 1Gb jeudi soir (5mn d'intervention), on croisait les doigts pour une activation avant le weekend mais on dirait bien qu'on va devoir se rabattre sur la 4G (voyant "fibre" clignotant, rien sur les voyants "Ethernet" ni sur le port WAN du routeur)

Après un vendredi + weekend en 4G, l'activation s'est faite ce matin à 8:15

Moi j'ai attendu longtemps pour rien.
Il a fallu que je redémarre tout pour que ça revienne.
A ta place je ferais un reboot du boitier fibre et routeur toutes les 30 ou 60' suivant ton envie.
