Connection problems

Dear all,

Unfortunately, my French is not very good so I will have to write in English.

The internet is constantly going in and out - sometimes for hours on end. Today, for example, it has already gone out at least twice for periods of 15-20 minutes. It makes SKYPE calling very difficult and working online hard - as I use dropbox to access documents. Strangely, it looks like we have full connectivity - full bars on the airport - but no internet. We have tried all the normal solutions - restarting, rebooting router, etc..

I want to say that I have had a good experience reaching the technical support at K-NET. They have been very friendly and tried to be helpful but simply unable to solve the problem.

Would love to know if anyone else is experiencing this?
