Coupure sur St. Genis-Pouilly (secteur Flies) depuis ce matin?

depuis ce matin à 8 heures internet ne marche plus chez moi (secteur Flies).
Est-ce qu'il y avait des travaux prévus?
Est-ce qu'il y a d'autres dans le meme secteur avec ce problème?

Dear experts,
here are more details:
- the CPE has the optical fiber led off
- after reboot the CPE  optical fiber led stays off
- there are some road works close by, maybe they have accidentally cut the fiber?
Can some of the k-NET experts check the status?
