Problèmes avec Somfy Home Alarm

Bonjour,

J'ai une alarme de maison de type Somfy Home Alarm. Depuis quelques temps et de manière aléatoire, le link (boîtier qui fait office de serveur d'alarme pour schématiser) se déconnecte du wifi de la box knet Icotera.

J'ai changé de Link et Somfy ont observé mon installation et tout fonctionne parfaitement, sauf le signal wifi qui se perd de temps en temps.

Chose curieuse, la portée n'est pas incriminée car le link se trouve à 3m de la box....

D'autre part, une caméra fonctionnant aussi en wifi (et présente dans la même installation Somfy) fonctionne parfaitement, même quand le link ne marche plus.

Cela est gênant car sans ce link actif, je suis obligé de rentrer en mode bourrin chez moi et de faire sonner l'alarme...

Je nai également plus accès aux notifications d'alarme, ce qui peut être gênant en cas de vrai problème ou d'alarme qui sonne pendant un certain temps sans que je ne sois averti
...

Somfy m'ont demandé de regarder côté KNET car pour eux, il n'y a rien de spécial sur le hardware installe chez moi (mêmes problèmes apres changement).

La solution quand cette déconnexion se produit est de supprimer puis réinstaller la connexion wifi sur le link.

Cela fonctionne ensuite pendant quelques jours puis rebelote....

Le.probleme est que quand on se trouve loin, on ne peut pas systématiquement réinstaller physiquement le wifi sur le serveur de l'alarme...

Bref, je souhaitais savoir si d'autres utilisateurs avaient eu ce souci également.. ..

J'ai la K-box V2 et ma femme se plait que le wifi disparaisse de temps en temps quand elle utilise son portable.
Ce n'est pas un problème de distance car elle est généralement de 3 à 6 m de la box.
Je veux bien que la porté ne soit pas terrible mais il me semble qu'il y ai aussi un autre problème sur le wifi qui touche les 2 bandes.

Sur ton alarme, je testerais l'adressage fixe au lieu du DHCP pour voir si c'est mieux.

A voir pour le coup du DHCP même si j'ai un doute.

Je pense que la box Icotera n'est pas d'une qualité stratosphérique coté wifi car j'ai aussi des soucis avec un Samsung S6 et certaines applis (Clash Royale), qui fonctionnent parfaitement en 4G mais qui posent problème en wifi....

Mais pour l'instant, je dois attendre qu'une IP /24 se libère car le routeur que je souhaite utiliser (dimensions physiques qui sont importantes pour l'emplacement prévu et caractéristiques Wifi qui m'intéressent également) n'est pas compatible avec des IP différentes subnet / masque.

A voir quand le changement d'IP sera effectif... A ce titre, j'ignore si j'ai une action à faire coté KNET ou si ce sera automatique ?

On voit votre Link se déconnecter à 08:26 ("reason: authentication expired", rien d'anormal, ça arrive de temps en temps).

Par contre, après ça il essaye de se connecter avec le mauvais algorithme d'authentification ("auth algorithm not supported"). Le Link est bien configuré en WPA2 AES ?
